Can my hair be shipped straight to Posh Crowns?
No. Please have hair shipped to your address so that you may inspect it on your own prior to shipping it to us to have your Posh Crown crafted. This is to be sure that the hair ordered by the hair company of your choosing is correct in quantity and quality (texture, color, length).
How do I check my head measurements?
Please utilize the chart and tips that are emailed to you upon the placement of your order to ensure that your head measurements are done correctly. These are needed to craft your Posh Crown so it will fit perfect for you, Queen.
Do you offer college or military discounts?
At this time we do not offer any college or military discounts.
When will I receive my order?
After your order has been processed (up to 7 - 10 business days, unless stated otherwise in the email received after the order is placed), shipping can take between 1-3 business days dependent upon your location and up to days 10 days for international shipping. Please ask for shipping prices before placing order if you live outside of the States. Allow 24 hours for payment processing for credit card payments and 3 - 5 business days for e-check payments. E-check payments will not begin it's processing time until your check has been cleared. Payments are verified via a third party. In rare cases there may be a shipment delay (i.e. bad weather / natural disaster), should this situation occur, an email will be sent to you promptly during your normal processing time to make you aware of any delays. (Please refer to refund policies). Your Posh Crown(s) will be shipped once processing is complete. We do not ship on weekends. An email notification will be sent to your email address with a tracking number. All packages are shipped via USPS only.
Do you offer Rush Orders and Express shipping?
Yes and Yes! The normal processing time is 7 - 10 business days. Rush order can be completed in 3 or 5 business days for an additional fee. The normal shipping time is 2-3 business days via USPS. Express shipping can be added for an additional fee. Please visit the "Add-Ons" page to add-on one or both of these Posh options.
Are there any hair companies that Posh Crowns recommends?
Yes! Please visit our "Queen Worthy Hair Companies" page to see a list of hair companies that we personally recommend along with a brief review of each companies hair and customer service.
Does Posh Crowns offer any Ready-to-Ship Crowns?
At this time, we do not, however we may offer them in the near future. Follow our Instagram page for updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please email us for specific shipping costs prior to placing your Posh Crown order.
