No returns are accepted. Exchanges only.
All Queens must contact us within 2 business days after receiving your Posh Crown for an exchange to be considered. Return shipping has to be paid by sender. Corrections will be made if your Posh Crown is not as specified, including wrong length, cut or color. The Posh Crown itself must not have been altered or manipulated by the customer including; shampooing, conditioning, cutting or coloring. You will have 5 business days to return your Posh Crown or the correction / exchange will be invalid. No exception.
There will be a 30% restocking fee for any orders placed and later cancelled due to negligence on the customers part. This is also valid for Queens who place an order and decides to cancel their order within 2 business days after it is placed.
